Here is the NV Gift Card Link. Please follow the instructions given at the link to purchase your e-gift card.
If you believe you’ve submitted the wrong email address at the time of purchase, please contact us so we are able to get this sent to you. NVM Therapy recommends when purchasing gift cards for others, sending the card to your own email, then forwarding it to its intended recipient.
We accept HSA, FSA, and HRA payments for gift cards!
We no longer sell or accept PAPER gift certificates. No exceptions.
Gift Card and E-Gift Card FAQ
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A GIFT CARD?
NVM Therapy has a no-refund policy for all sales. If you are not able to use your gift card or e-gift card, you may transfer the card to someone else, or hold onto it until you are able to use your card again. These cards DO NOT expire.
HOW DO I CHECK MY EXISTING BALANCE
You can check your existing balance for both e-gift cards and plastic cards by going to This Link
CAN I TRANSFER THE BALANCE OF MY E-GIFT CARD TO A NORMAL GIFT CARD?
Unfortunately no, we do not allow transfers between e-gift cards and plastic cards at this time.
CAN I STILL USE MY GIFT CARD?
Gift cards can be used as long as there is still a balance on them! Gift cards and e-gift cards are also reloadable!
Gift cards sold while we were NVM Therapy will continue to be honored until the balance is gone.
DO WE HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM?
We are not offering any sort of rewards program with our Gift Cards or massages at this time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY GIFT CARD?
if a gift card is lost it cannot be replaced. We suggest storing the card’s number and pin somewhere safe so if necessary, we could offer the option of manual entry to use the remaining balance. If you are unable to provide that information, we are unable to assist.
NVM Therapy no longer stores client cards/certificates on-site. You are responsible for your gift card. (See below)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE MY GIFT CARD?
If a gift card/magnetic strip is damaged, we can manually enter the card information if it is still legible or can be provided by the cardholder.
CAN I STORE MY GIFT CARD AT NVM THERAPY?
NVM Therapy will not hold on to client gift cards in the office as we previously have done with gift certificates. The gift cards are the size of a credit/debit card and convenient to keep in a personal wallet or purse. Gift cards will be the responsibility of the client/recipient.
WHY DID MY PAPER GIFT CERTIFICATE EXPIRE? AREN’T YOU REQUIRED TO HONOR THEM FOR 5 YEARS?
Because all NVM Gift Certificates are sold during promotional periods, or as part of a fundraising effort, Michigan law does not require us to follow the five-year rule as long as the expiration date is clearly displayed on the certificate, and the consumer is informed as to the promotion/fundraiser. Sale of a gift card or certificate does NOT constitute a legal contract to deliver a good or service under MI law, and we reserve the right to deny cards and certificates we believe are fraudulent or that have expired.
