Please be aware that if you arrive late, time may be deducted from your service and you will be charged the full service amount.

When booking a 30-minute massage, please be aware that the therapist is only able to focus on one area of the body. Full body massages require at least a 60-minute appointment.

Couples Massages in the same room incur no additional charge to the normal service charge.

We can do prenatal massages postpartum if the client prefers to use the prenatal pillow. However, if the client is under two weeks postpartum, a doctor’s note will be required prior to booking the appointment.

Gift Certificate and Gift Card Policy:

Due to fraud, expired Gift Certificates WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as a valid form of payment.

All Gift Certificates expire within one year of purchase as noted on the certificate.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, due to fraud NVM Therapy will not under any circumstances accept vintage Gift Certificates on red & cream-colored card stock. We no longer sell paper certificates, and any paper certificates from our office are subject to the expiration date as stated on the front.

Gift cards and e-gift cards DO NOT expire and may be used at any time from the date of purchase as long as there is a remaining balance. Please see our “Gift Cards” page for more FAQs and instructions on how to purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In consideration of our clients and our massage therapists, we ask that 36 hours’ notice be given if your appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled. While we aim to be understanding towards events beyond your control, the clinic retains the right to bill you for missed appointments if less than 36 hours’ notice is given. This allows us to provide our therapists compensation for late cancellations in case the time slot cannot be filled. We do appreciate communication from you to let us know if there is a situation or concern that we should be aware of to better understand if you do need to cancel within 36 hours.

WE HAVE UPDATED OUR “THREE STRIKES” POLICY:

Due to recent frequent last-minute cancelations and no-shows from many clients both returning and new to our practice, we have decided that it is necessary to update our three-strikes policy to two-strikes. After your second last-minute cancellation or no-show (meaning we were not alerted within the requested 36 hour notice period that you would be canceling or otherwise unable to attend your appointment) we will require you to pay for your missed appointment and put a card on file before we will rebook.

REFUND POLICY

NVM Therapy does not offer refunds on any services or purchases. We will offer exchanges for CBD oil or Finpil cream bought in our office on a case-by-case basis. No other returns or exchanges will be offered.

All services rendered are non-refundable and payment is due immediately upon completion of service. If you have a complaint, please address your complaint to nvmassagetherapy@gmail.com, with an explanation of your complaint and one of our managers will get back to you as quickly as possible. EMAIL IS THE FASTEST WAY TO HAVE YOUR COMPLAINT ADDRESSED.

All gift card sales are non-refundable. All gift card sales are final once the card has been delivered to you. We do not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards and e-gift cards are your responsibility. If you believe you will have trouble keeping track of your gift card or e-gift card, please take a picture of the 16-digit number on the back and save it to your phone. We do not keep gift card or e-gift card information in your client file. We also do not keep records of gift card purchases on file. We are only able to look up e-gift cards by phone number or email. We cannot look up physical gift cards by any means. If you lose your gift card, or your e-gift card, we cannot cancel it, nor can we transfer it.
